While no particular pre-requisits, qualifications or education minimums are required (apart from required basic role requirements); Each candidate will be assessed per job role based on the skillset of the individual; Evidence of skillset is required by way of proof;

Each individual must be assessed on an individual basis however this decision must take into account the relevant local laws of the applicant per age of legal working; This being said, any applicant under the age of 18 years old (Global standard of working age) must obtain proof of local law regulation acceptance alongside parental or guardianship proof of approval in written formation; How can we inspire the next generation if we will not work alongside them, LITERALLY!
